There's a big difference between information. And understanding, right. I was like the example of somebody who walks in the door and they got a great big cast on their arm, right As soon as they walk in. What's the first question we asked? What happened? Right. We're not. If they say, well, I broke my radius 2 inches below my, you know, that's not satisfactory. We want to know what happened. We're saying tell me a story because story helps us to make sense of it. So if like, well, you know, my son was skateboarding and I say we really were a great skateboarder in the 80s, let me show you something. As soon as I say that, all of a sudden they see the arm. They go Ohh. Now I know what happened because stories, the basic principle of the human mind, we understand information in terms of narrative and story. So it's a really powerful way of relaying information in a way that makes sense and drives meaning.
