Crossroads. Inflection points. Watershed moments. I recently had an opportunity to reflect on these moments throughout my career. At first, it was really challenging but after a few minutes it got so incredibly clear. Each pivot leveraged new experiences to broaden my impact. ·?????Front-office interactions → Back-office operations. Experiencing customer experience friction helped me consider efficient solutions to improve that experience. ·?????Back-office operations → Technology delivery. Years focused on optimizing processes allowed me to maximize solutions using technology.? ·?????Strategy and governance frameworks → Leading people, process, and technology transformations in organizations. Laying the groundwork to build effective solutions ignited a passion to lead organizations in delivering strategic outcomes.? I’ve been working with a long-term client whose journey demonstrates the impact of intentional operations and team restructuring. When I began working in her business, she worked 80-hour weeks.
