NEXT STEP HOLLYWOOD? I had a great time yesterday at National College in Sheffield filming three new webinars for primary schools on leadership, behaviour and attitudes, and personal development. It was encouraging to hear how popular this approach to school CPD is becoming, and that some people even access it on Christmas Day! For those of us who do the training, it is not as nice to talk to a camera as to real people, but the advantage for schools is that they can access training at any time. https://lnkd.in/ermYP2h2

It’s a simple reminder that even the smallest among us can learn to follow systems when they are clearly defined,?consistently enforced,?and made enjoyable. We often struggle to implement new systems.?But the key is not just about setting the rules but also about creating a positive environment where people feel empowered to follow them.
