?? BOI Reporting requirements have changed (again!) This past Sunday, the Treasury Dept. announced it won’t enforce the penalties or fines associated with the “beneficial ownership information,” or BOI, reporting requirements for millions of domestic businesses. This is the third challenge to this ruling. While we can't give legal advice, there are some businesses who still plan to file just in case the rules change again.
