These days, the SBC Summit in Lisbon gathers global leaders in Sports Betting and iGaming to discuss the industry's future, exchange knowledge, and forge strong connections. Reflecting on this, we recall working closely with a client team a year ago to develop a new positioning and multi-market communication strategy for one of the industry's leaders. The iGaming category is unique due to its dynamic regulatory environments and highly engaged digital-first audience. With this project, we've confidently expanded our unique expertise into creating and promoting brands within this challenging yet exciting category. ?? Exciting times ahead

Guess what just happened? Just received a call from the Client Just two weeks of website launch, and boom! Results started flowing in. He was so excited about it, that he made a call instead of sending a message. He said: "The client just asked me, "What are your service costs?" This was a big BRAND for which I thought I would do the work for FREE. But, when I shared my website link, they asked about my prices, which is unimaginable. Also, I'm about to close some other projects as well." — These were his words on the call. But here's the kicker — the project isn't even fully wrapped up yet! Success is built through consistent, incremental improvement and growth.

So many people are talking about 4th place not getting enough appreciation. And quarter-finalists not being talked about enough. And Round of 16 participants... Look, let's write to the International Olympics Committee, ask them to fix their mistake. Stop giving medals to only the top 3, right? Give medals all the way down till Round of 16. What do you think? People who watch sports regularly and implement learnings in daily life know better. 4th place is but a hope of getting in the top 3 next time. And so is top 8, and top 16. Beyond that, it doesn't matter. Don't get me wrong, that hope is a BIG deal. And it needs support. Isn't that how life works? Ask the UPSC aspirant who missed a rank by 3 marks or the startup founder who wasn't 100% on the day of the pitch. If you missed it by a whisker, better luck next time. More importantly, be better next time. It's not fair. It's not fair to water down the achievement of the podium finishers. They were tactical, focused, persistent and simply better than the others. Let them, and only them, shine in their moment of glory. Let everyone else become background noise, and a hope.
