Crossed a gratitude filled year! As I look back on 2024, From spending hours brainstorming with my incredible team, -To nurturing relationships with clients who believed us -To the moment of launching our HealthTech product, a one-stop solution for healthcare industry -Increased our employee growth by 30 members -Expanded my core team to 7 members -Celebrated our 5th year anniversary as a grand event -Achieved a 92% client retention rate -88% revenue growth for our D2C clients -Increased 40% platform adoption rate for HealthTech clients -40% MRR scale-up for SaaS businesses -Formulated industry-specific funnels and more on our pipeline. All certainly did not happen in a fortnight! We’re moving 10X more aggressively toward growth this year. To all the leaders: The road is never easy, but it’s the grit, your vision, and projections that move you ahead. This past Saturday, we celebrated our 30th anniversary—three decades of partnership, shared laughter, and a lot of life lessons. Thinking back, one of the most meaningful lessons my wife taught me early on was in a simple moment over a pizza. We were down to two uneven slices, and I instinctively asked, "Which piece do you want?" "Let's cut them evenly instead," she smiled, reminding me to look beyond what was in front of us. I fetched the cutter, still seeing only those uneven slices. "I'll try to match them up," I said. But she had another idea. "Why not make two perfect halves each?" That’s her way—seeing beyond what's there and envisioning something better. While I was ready to accept the obvious, she thought, “What else is possible?” Reflecting on these 30 years together, I’m grateful for her everyday genius, her way of turning simple moments into reminders of how much more is possible. Here’s to many more years of learning and growing together, with love and a bit of pizza wisdom along the way. Thanks, Neesh.
