The project embraced the concept of a "zakkyo building," a type of commercial structure housing various businesses, with different designers assigned to each floor. The design team spent two years exploring the essence of a "zakkyo building" while crafting distinct atmospheres for each level. Each floor features unique functions and tenant characteristics, contributing to a dynamic experience as customers move from one floor to the next.
