Still feeling energized and inspired from last Saturday's #AsianWomenAreStrong 2025 Summit! There's truly no better way to celebrate International Women's Day and Women's History Month than by coming together with over 3,000 AANHPI members in strength and solidarity! I had the privilege of leading a workshop on fighting workplace discrimination, alongside the brilliant Michelle Lee. We discussed the challenges Asian women face in professional spaces and the strategies to protect and advocate for ourselves and each other. The energy in the room, the moving stories shared, and the collective commitment to change were truly empowering. A special thank you to Stand with Asian Americans, Asians Are Strong, Michelle Lee, Brian Pang, PMP, and 朱浩然 Justin Zhu for inviting me to speak. Events like this remind me why I do the work I do, and motivate to me do more and do better!
