When was the last time you were in the buyer's shoes? Today I had the pleasure of joining a vendor conversation for a potential partnership expansion at Numerator As an observer, I noticed a few things: 1) Know when to double down and when to move on: you might have a solution but if that doesn't solve your customer's problem, it is relevant 2) Get to the root issue: all companies want to increase their sales and revenue but why they are not doing that could be for a myriad of reasons - figure them out so you can solve them accordingly 3) Champions come in different shapes and sizes: each silo of a business will have its issues and potential solutions - figuring out which one drives the purse strings will be your best bet to focus on. Shout out to ?????? Krysten Conner's course on multi-threading in PClub that has me rethinking how to prospect and build engagement.
