Rule 67.26 proposes to regulate PM and VOC emissions specifically from chain-driven charbroilers at commercial cooking facilities in San Diego County. If adopted by the Governing Board, it would become effective on July 1, 2025. Consideration of proposed new Rule 67.26 and corresponding amendments to Rules 11, 12, and 40, are scheduled to be heard by the SDAPCD Governing Board on April 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. The Response to Comments Report for new proposed Rule 67.26 is available for review.
