We got to see some great demos, and it was good to see so many delegations gaining a much better understanding of what options are available to them and asking relevant questions. These questions sparked conversations, which will ultimately feed into product development, which is good for everyone. Talking is good - customers who engage with their supply chains get better products. Vendors who listen to their customers make better products. It's simple stuff but the sensitivity of EW operations (no pun intended ??) sometimes makes it difficult. Let's work on that.
