We recently gathered our sales and marketing teams for the first commercial conference since 2017. During the conference, the team reflected on achievements in previous years, analysed the strengths and weaknesses in our approach, and shared our plans for the future and how to further grow with our customers. There was a specific focus on showcasing our commercial excellence initiative, which is a strong pillar of our transformation program. It was a great few days for the McBride team to come together and focus our attention on our commercial goals. #CommercialConference #CommercialExcellence #Transformation

Co working spaces are evolving! I’ve tried a lot of them but always found the same experience. Coffee and snacks are great but there was no collaboration, networking, or fun conversations. People showed up but everyone just put on their headphones and sat quietly. I went from feeling isolated at home to feeling isolated in a public environment. Vince Beese reaching out and explaining how Sales HQ is different struck a cord immediately. “Imagine a Co Working space where people are learning, collaborating, and growing to be more productive, have better work results, and building your network with like minded individuals” In my first month, I’ve met other account executives, CEO’s, and CRO’s from different start ups. I’ve learned new and better ways to serve clients and my career. I've built a daily routine to keep me focused throughout the day and eliminate the distractions (getting out of the house was BIG for this).
