But if we rely too heavily on automation, we risk losing the personal touch that builds genuine relationships and lasting trust. So, how do we strike the right balance? Here are a few insights: ?? Use Automation for Efficiency, Not Exclusivity: Automate repetitive tasks, but don’t automate everything. For instance, handle customer complaints or pricing discussions personally to ensure clients feel valued and heard. ??
