In terms of what are the outcomes? It's, uh, you're building a culture where people are speaking the same language. The sales people are all on the same page. When rights are going to improve. Like. They're able to apply, you know what their motivation is, what their personal goals are and they're able to get them unstuck and help them along the journey. What's fascinating to me is everybody starts to speak that same language and I've been a part of a couple of cultures that have done this very effectively and. When you hit that magic moment where people are speaking the same language, that becomes second nature. You find the collaboration. The collaboration and the willingness to actually help each other and the willingness to dive in on deals and understand where you are in a deal actually goes up rather than down because. People are understanding, they understand where you go, how you go and that's it's really this function of great cohesive team building, but it comes.
