I realized something's I learn by listening.Some things by seeing.And something's by experiencing it done right before my eyes Different ways of learning different things.I never know which way until I started with one and so on.But once I learn a skill I don't stop there.I master it and learn how to add it on to the next skill I learn.Creative thinking and problem solving.I don't know everything but I wanna learn everything I possibly can because I never know when I may need to use it or use the information to help or teach someone else.I believe knowledge is power only if it's actually being applied.

Is anyone else's process with new unfamiliar tasks like this? 1) Denial - I can't do that 2) Anxiety - I need to do it, but it's scary 3) Mild panic - OMG, there's just so *much* 4) No way - I'm just too dumb for this 5) Straw clutched - finally found a thing to latch onto 6) Hooked - the straw leads to flow state and rapid learning 7) Irritation - don't interrupt me! 8) Triumph - I'm a genius! 9) Next - this is great, time to improvise... 10) Oh f*** - I broke it. ...back to 1) (Or ideally skipping steps 1 to 4 the next time round ??)

A Common Issue in Problem-Solving I received a complaint about an unresolved issue that was supposedly fixed a week ago So, what went wrong? The information I received from a second-hand source wasn’t accurate What could have been done differently? I'm heading to do de-escalation training and am amazed by something. No matter who I am speaking with - corporate professionals or parents and educators the tools are the same. Yes, the way we do one thing, is the way we do anything. Figured while I was here I would give you the 3 steps that I teach: 1. It is not personal. The person (adult or child) in front of you that is upset is not upset because of you. Even if they say it is because of you, it's not. There is something else happening. Knowing this allows you to stay calm and be curious about what's unfolding. 2. Switch out of problem solving mode. Switch into helping the other person get present and calm. Often when we have heightened feelings we are not thinking clearly and can't reason in the same way. So stop trying that path. Instead figure out how to slow down the conversation and bring both of you back to a calm state. 3. At a later time talk about what you can do differently in the future. No blaming or shaming or asking 'why did you act like that?'. Simply focus on the future of what can be better next time. This makes the entire situation a learning experience. Hope this helps! Three (3) basics in learning and doing something that is worth doing. 1. WHAT- Knowing what to do / being aware of what you want in any area you like according to the arising challenges with partial or complete unawareness. 2. WHY- Knowing what’s the reason to do what you want to do is the key to unlock problem solving capability to one’s challenging issues towards solving them with great understanding. 3. HOW- Now, this can be a little bit tricky and messier depending on the relevant details or information you obtain towards a certain point in reaching out a better conclusion to the challenge you want to solve.. you can learn the how’s through the experiences or results of people on their challenges or through materials written. From this you will obtain a certain key to reaching a better conclusion and decision with solution. #NoRoomForLimitation??

Feeling excited to announce I completed a training on Typsy on Problem Solving and Creative thinking. Creativity is the ability to see a situation from a different eye, imagine or invent something new and understand there are more than one answers ! ?? Few key takeaways from this wonderful training: ?? Socratic Method for Porblem Solving 1. Ask individual to describe the problem and suggest possible solutions 2.
