Although I do this regularly, today was particularly challenging. ?? It seems many candidates are applying without looking at the job title, location, or description. For example, we posted a job for an SEO Specialist, but received resumes from HR Managers, Finance Managers, Data Analysts, Electrical Engineers, and more. The job is based in Multan, yet we received applications from Lahore, Faisalabad, Rahim Yar Khan, Jhelum, and who knows where else! When I call or email to ask if they can relocate, the answer is often "No." So, why apply in the first place? ?? It wastes so much time. Please, please, please make sure you read the job title, location, and description carefully before applying! ?? And then we wait for the interview call, wondering why it hasn't come... well, maybe because you didn't apply to the right job!
