The SAS prediction is a safe bet, but especially for 2025 and 2026, I think valuations are gonna be attractive for sellers. It's gonna be a seller market in the SAS space. Other than that, we are seeing a lot of interest in transactional type of businesses like tech businesses that run with the marketplace model or in the payments space, especially if they have, I don't know, a SAS component. That's a trend that we're seeing right now. That's an asset class that's going to be interesting and I also see. That a lot of perhaps because you guys are being very successful, but we see a lot of strategic buyers digging into kind of smaller assets. Now you, you had all these hotspots and sales forces of the wall buying billion dollar businesses every five years. And now they have this thinking that they need to kind of improve their product offering and add additional perhaps yeah products to their to their platform by buying smaller places on a more regular basis.
