When I left my last job in Dec. 2023 and changed my LinkedIn status to, "#OPENTOWORK" Matt called me. He said, "Hey Flan, I am starting a company.", and then he laid out what it was all about. I am 61! I was meeting with my financial advisor about finally finding a hobby. However after speaking with Matt about TNMI, I changed my mind. Here's why... 1) The true focus on Quality/Delivery/Costs, via the TPS. 2) TNMI's internal motto is, "Housing for all and jobs for life". 3) The focus on PEOPLE development. If you have ever worked with, or for me, you know I couldn't pass that up. I think Matt might have also known this, hmmmm. ??
