Most businesses focus on the 5% of the market who are ready to buy right now. They’re solution-aware, looking for a quick fix, and easy to target. But what about the other 95%? There’s a whole segment of potential clients who are problem-aware but not yet ready to commit. They know they have an issue but aren’t rushing to solve it just yet. And this is where many brands miss out. Focusing only on the small segment ready to buy means you’re missing out on an opportunity to build long-term trust. For me, it was about changing my entire approach. I shifted my focus to engaging with the wider market those who knew they needed change but weren’t sure how to get there. It’s about nurturing that relationship, offering solutions and insights so that when they are ready, they think of you first. Want to grow your business? Engage the whole market.
