Pay attention when people that talk about you give feedback “personality(s)” of others. As managers and directors: pay attention to that dialogue. As leaders claiming to act for transformation we must never ignore or compromise the most critical step in that process E Tendisai Chigwedere aka Sugarbird says it so clearly in this poem. "Community is the center of transformative process and social change. Why do we shy away from the only truth that has withstood the test of time? Something to do with time… It takes time to sit with community as it meets itself and remembers. It takes time to allow for the messiness to play out." How do we rewrite a repeated world. If they say history repeats Where are the disrupters To create a more just A more equitable A more loving one? You, you are called to the margins of your community. Your job Your influence Your ability Your voice You are the disrupter needed for change. Research shows that minor community efforts can lead to significant improvements. You can consider the community as your professional arena, business sphere, or religious congregation. We want to be liked. It's natural. But You and I? We can't please everyone. Chasing after universal approval is a recipe for burnout and inauthenticity. The key to is to be impactful. Here's how I did mine...and you can too 1 - Be you. Loud and proud. There are people out there who crave your unique perspective and leadership style. 2 - Unfiltered Breed Trust People see through facades. When you're genuine, they connect with the real you. Helping you build trust and loyalty 3 - The Noise Doesn't Matter There will always be haters. Those who criticize just because you stand out. Don't waste your energy on them. Focus on amplifying your message to those who matter. P.S. Want to drown out the haters with a chorus of support? Engage with your true believers! Respond to comments, answer questions, and build a community around those who stand and celebrate you (psssst...I have a YouTube Channel ?? it's on my featured section)

When a community works together towards a common goal, it becomes stronger and more resilient. Conversely, if each member of the community works in isolation for their own personal gain, the community becomes weak and fragmented. True leadership involves a commitment to the greater good of the community. Always think about the 6C's of community engagements a lot can be changed ,when we are involving the community for any activity "basically restoring the degraded forest areas " it's try using these 6C'S Communication, Collaboration, Consistency, Compassion, Creativity, and Commitment. They collectively help in fostering an engaged and vibrant community.

Gain control over any project before you and be willing to make time for it. Give back to the community what you have. Multiply your small success to build something you treasure. Follow your words with actions. Our focus is to get back to childhood, our language should be full of actions which are strategically designed. Aim here is to occupy the mental space. Lets embrace great actions in the battle field. Some questions to ask as the business leader: 1. What are the practical ideas on how to get power? 2. How do I stay in power and protect one's power? We should have the desire to go beyond thought and take actions.
