Society loves to label and frown upon those who step outside their comfort zone… Many creators face a lot of resistance doing it. Even if most of the resistance comes from within. The only way to stop the imposter syndrome is: - working with like-minded people - taking the action - "failing" as you go If it’s affecting you a lot, it’s probably because you: - are doing it alone - want to make everything perfect - afraid to make mistakes (or more afraid that others will see you making mistakes) This is why we spend so much time building our community, making sure that creators, don’t feel alienated. I have always wanted to be apart of a company and community that helps promote a safe place online and offline for people of all ages to share what they love. Incorporating: Content Creators, Big and Small Businesses, Sponsors, Nonprofit Originations, Media Giants and comminutes of all sorts to come together and make a fun and safe environment for not only fun, entertainment, and learning but growing as individuals. I believe if you are someone with a platform no matter how small you can make a difference in the lives of so many people. You may not see it but your everyday actions pave the path to a future in your life and in others who see your work. I see so many company's and creators use their voice to belittle or miniplate others. I hope to make a company and a community with people that want to use their platform to inspire change to help people and our environment in both online and offline community's and acceptance of others and their beliefs. I of course have no clue how to even make a a content management company or a community and I'm not even sure if it would be a management company. I hope to have businesses, Management Company's, and creators of all sorts who agree with making the Morales of my company apart of their work to connect with me and make a difference together. Looking to grow? Support smaller creators. It’s not just about being kind — there’s a strategy behind it. When you engage with smaller creators: ? They value your support way more ? They are more likely to engage back ? You both grow and inspire each other ? You build deeper, genuine connections ? It expands your reach to new audiences It’s a win-win. By helping them grow, you create a network of loyal supporters who will root for your success too. I know I wouldn’t have made it this far without the community I’ve built. But, most people overlook this. They chase the big names and overlook those eager to grow. Huge mistake. Support = Growth. If you underestimate the value of supporting others, you’re missing out on a huge opportunity for your own growth. When you help others grow, you grow too. Simple as that. P.S. The Joys of Getting Organized: The last couple of months, things have piled up on me: emails, tasks, random notes, a bunch of browser tabs with things I’m interested or need to do, financial stuff, etc. #crystalwind #channeling #awakening

The biggest mistake I see from new creators? Trying to be like the big creators. The problem with that is: 1. They're not YOU. 2. You're just a copy. A watered-down version of the original. And let me tell you, some of the biggest creators have forgotten where they started. They've forgotten the days when they had to figure everything out on their own. They've forgotten the struggles and the failures that got them to where they are now. So, don't copy them. Be yourself. Celebrate your struggles. Embrace the journey. It's a long road and you have a lot to learn. You'll get there, trust me. Just start.

Create from a place of inspiration, not desperation. Dive into a life that makes you feel like you’re tingling all over. And then make art about it (using the written word, imagery, sculpture, video, food, nature…). Because when you create something from a place of inspiration, and you share it, people can feel it. If we share something with the intention of getting more followers; more money - it’s shallow. We need depth. We need to know that you’re inspired. We need your art. So, seek inspiration. And then create. And, if you also want to earn a living from it, join The Creative Way. Because what I’m doing is hungrily seeking inspiration, making art (for me, it’s words) and sharing it. This becomes a community-building exercise. Not intentionally, but naturally. And some of the community want more from me, so they sign up to my Substack. They might pay me a little amount each month for my longform writing. When I launch an online course, people in the community might sign up for that. But they found me because they like my words. I share everything in real-time, nothing is scheduled, because this is how the energy is shared. (I know that scheduling works for other people, just not for me. And, of course, there are no rules.)
