AI has the potential to revolutionize #healthcare, but one important challenge remains: the practical #implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies in real-world clinical settings. Shifting the industry’s focus from innovation alone to the successful and scalable integration of AI across complex health systems is needed to overcome barriers hindering widespread adoption. This project will: ?? Examine the cost/benefit of AI implementation to maximize value ?? Address ethical and operational risks, taking actionable steps to safely integrate AI into care systems ??
