Regular breaks, proper rest, and self-compassion are non-negotiable. ??Seek Support: Whether it’s talking to a therapist, the close one, confiding in a friend, or joining a support group, don’t hesitate to seek help. ??Communicate: Be honest with your team about your capacity and set realistic expectations. ??Boundaries are Your BFF: Work emails can wait until the morning. Set clear boundaries between work and life.
