What better way to mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities than by sharing our new Disability Inclusion Framework which outlines all of the work we are putting in to ensure RICS becomes and remains a more disability inclusive employer and professional body. This framework not only includes new Reasonable Adjustments Policies for both employees and members, but it also includes continuous training and development to ensure our employees are knowledgeable and equipped to implement these policies. We recognise there is much to improve in this area from entry and assessment to our digital infrastructure, within our events and other services we provide, and this framework will help us progress. Thank you to all of our amazing colleagues across teams who helped shape the policies, including our internal Accessibility Network. Thank you to our members who inputted as well to ensure we capture the variety of needs aligned with the services we provide.
