UNITY THROUGH COMMUNITY. Wednesday our community showed up! 70+ volunteers braved frigid temperatures to pack 2,500 boxes of fresh produce and distribute them with 2,500 hams and 3lb bags of NC SweetPotatoes !! 50+ community organizations took these boxes to their communities in 15 counties so their their neighbors will have one less thing to worry about this Christmas! We find great joy in playing a very small part of what so many people came together to do - and hope that this food will nourish families, fill bellies, and result in smiles, laughter, and love! Thanks to all of our partners who supported this event, and thanks to those of you who believe in our purpose to “Revive Communities Through Food”!
