All of these are very relevant and I would +1 to adding culture/community as a key factor for many great advisors!
The conversations we have everyday with successful advisors are around their desire to evolve their practice and the need for professional growth. The absence of overall learning (training) opportunities in our space is a real problem. Both for next gen as well as senior advisors looking to further hone their skills and compete at a higher level.

5 个月I think this is a great list, but I feel that back-office support should be at the top of the list for any advisor. It is the backbone of their business!
