? Reflecting on an Amazing Event We Had Last Wednesday ?? Participants explored the powerful topic of unlocking their potential through NeuroGraphica? and the Professional Success Power Cards. At the start of the workshop, each participant received a card from the Professional Success Power Cards set, setting the tone for their journey and providing unique guidance throughout the process. Here are some highlights shared during and after the NeuroGraphica? drawing session: ?? Pain Relief/Headache/Tension: One participant shared that there was a physical pain before starting the drawing, but by the end, the pain was completely gone. Another participant noted feeling calmer after dissolving the catharsis, although some tension or headache lingered and by the end of the process, even these symptoms had disappeared. ?? Taking Action: Every participant identified the first step they would take to unlock their potential—turning insights from the drawing into an actionable plan. 10,000 followers. ?? What a way to close out 2024! Just wanted to pause and say thank you for joining me on this journey in my little corner of the internet. ?? My theme for 2024 was Collaboration. I’m happy to say LinkedIn has been a beautiful place for that to organically occur. ?? I intentionally went “off the grid” on other platforms where I felt myself simply growing tired of those spaces, of the endless scroll and algorithms and bots. ?? As I look upon 2025, my word is Simplicity. It’s part of my Purpose and the gift of Gene Key 23. ?? (Where are my Gene Keys people on LinkedIn? IYKYK ?) Simplicity is going to be the key to success as we develop the 50 State Leaders within Functional Medicine Pharmacists Alliance and relaunch our Live Bootcamp & State Chapter Experience on March 20th, the first day of spring. ?? My dream is to bring in 100 pharmacists in every state in 2025 as Founding Members of our new State Chapters. ??? But how do we reach such a lofty goal? ?? One pharmacist at a time. ?? The State Chapter members will be receiving a much higher level of support than I’ve ever been able to offer through FMPhA, both individually and in small groups where the magic happens. ?? With so much changing at the state level across the profession of pharmacy and the field of functional medicine, I believe this is where the rubber meets the road. ??? Was just reading the foreword by Doug Tallamy...WOW! Here's a small sample... “Every once in a while, a book comes along that meets an important need most people don’t know they have. Sarah Jayne’s Nature’s Action Guide is such a book. ?? This is great news! Just purchased on Kindle and started exploring the book. I find this topic interesting and highly recommend Vlad's presentations at DDD. This book tries to dive deeper into design, beyond the typical "it depends" answer. My hope is that Vlad's work with these book, will help us have more productive discussions about architecture & design, by adding more nuances when it comes to coupling.
