The case - An end user walks into a meeting room and wants to present a PowerPoint from her laptop. Her laptop has a USB-C port and fortunately, the room offers a nice 65” professional LED display and a USB-C cable to connect to the display. The problem - The user connects the laptop with the USB-C cable and it shows on the display! But the audio doesn’t play! The IT support person changes the 2 mtr patch cable from the laptop to the cable cubby. But the problem persists.? The AV investigation challenge -? Please suggest some quick-fixes so the presentation isn’t ruined. Help - the keyboard shortcuts don't work in my Gmail! Well, keyboard shortcuts are turned OFF by default, so you need to enable them in your settings. Here's how: ??Click on the gear/cog in the top right corner ??Click See all settings ??Scroll down to the Keyboard shortcuts section ??Tick Keyboards shortcuts on ??Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save changes ? Job done. This is one of the reasons why I always recommend going into your settings on a regular basis just to make sure the useful features are still turned on :)

Prepping monitors for the Google Review Management Workshop. One 16" Apple laptop, two monitors portable yet attached - you can bring this anywhere with you - bonus!! Use presentation view, sharing your slides and reading your speaker notes like a teleprompter. That takes two monitors, the third allows you to see the audience and view the Zoom chat so you can keep up on everything. Of course having @Paul?L. Odendahl as the moderator Destination4Education?, he has an incredible relationship with the audience and makes sure all goes well.? The three monitors are mandatory tech and help considerably, but the moderator makes the event ??
