Our survey’s results showed a significant disparity between reporting incidents and perceiving incidents as fatigue-induced. To understand more about the roles of culture and reporting within aircraft maintenance operations, both from an organisational and personal fatigue management perspective, we have launched a new survey. We invite all rotor-wing and fixed-wing operators and maintainers to take part – even if you’re not a HeliOffshore member. All data will be anonymised as usual to HeliOffshore standards.
