You cannot attribute customer success just one product. Every product has their own journey, their own specification, their own feature, their own customer base with own behavior. This amalgamation of different scenarios and different attributes need a structure which can be organized in a way the different variants of customer success can be plugged into a book. Right now, if you see in universities or colleges, there are no courses related to customer success, but they are. Themselves not able to make sure how to put something in a single piece of book. Choosing the right matrix in a right product scenario is the first attribute which I need customer success manager should look forward to and the second thing is how you are evolving your product to the pain areas which the customer is requesting over the past. Three months, six months, nine months. These are the key parameters we which I have learned how it changed over the past 5-6 years.
