Reverb has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If something ever goes wrong with an order they Can't help you. All they offer is live chat. They don't even have a live person so selling things on reverb is VERY RISKY. If a customer wants to return something you item might get lost and you will receive no compensation. That's what happened to me.
