We are almost 1/2 way through the year, what do you need to celebrate? I often forget this all important step. I'll go first: -Working on a large HR project, which is bringing me much joy as I don't do this often anymore. - Both kids successfully completed their year at college, and got full time summer jobs. - New shingles on the roof (I mostly fed the workers for this project) - Bringing on a VA (Virtual Assistant) and OBM (Online Business Manager), which is getting my business more organized and allowing me more time to be with clients. - Running Leading with Ease for 2 awesome teams early this year.
