I was on an account mapping call with a partner last week and an account executive brought up a visual on how they're working with the customer today. I loved it because it: 1. Showed which departments we were working with AND which ones we weren't, so we could identify where the partner could add incremental value. 2. Gives us a visual to easily reference... which is 10X easier than reading through a long set of notes. I created a template based on this experience to help the partnerships community. If you want a copy of it, just comment "yes" and I'll send it over to you. Hope it helps you crush your account mapping meetings with partners. ??
