Really? So, pulling me off the floor for ten minutes every hour is the solution you're looking for? (That's AN HOUR a day). How about? One conversation. One action plan for the week. A business recap of the previous week including successes & opportunities. Upper management often defaults to micromanaging store leaders. Don't do it. Yes, KPIs and metrics are important. But if you treat your store leaders like business owners, they grow. They should take your place one day. That's the whole point. #retail #leadership
