As I sit here reflecting on my career #journey, I remembered the first time I was being recognized as the "Best #Performing CCR of the Month(3rd runner up)".
Waoo ?? , out of hundreds of CCR`s..?I had always seen CCRs receiving this recognition, and I told myself I could achieve it too.
One of my mentors then, ahmed olajide encouraged me and gave me a nickname?- "Star Girl." I can still recall the energy of those months — first call resolution, short calls, overcoming problem-solving challenges, and going the extra mile to ensure customers felt valued. Arh, I made sure all parameters were met. It was not easy, but I pushed through. I have got several others afterwards.
The award/cash prize was not just a recognition of my efforts; it
?? was a reminder that every little action matters—every resolved issue, every empathetic response, and every effort to exceed expectations.
?? taught me the value of consistency and dedication, motivating me to aim higher and deliver better.
?? inspired me to mentor others, share best practices, and strive for excellence.
To everyone striving in their roles today, remember this: your hard work may feel unnoticed at times, but it’s making a difference. Keep pushing—you’re closer to that breakthrough moment than you think!
