What’s the first thing a recruiter should know about you? Your job title! But too often, I see resumes where people skip it, or replace it with vague phrases like “Creative Problem Solver” or “Strategic Thinker”. Harsh truth: recruiters don’t have time to decode what you do. Your resume should make it easy for them to understand your role. Start with a clear, specific title. Then use the rest of the resume to highlight the skills and accomplishments that set you apart. ??
