• Reductions in plant downtime. Wastewater processing is a 24/7 operation.  Bioaugmentation decreases the need for both planned and emergency corrective maintenance operations.
• Reductions in capital expenditures for new equipment. By improving the overall efficiency of the WWTP, the plant will be able to process more wastewater with better results, which reduces the need for new equipment.
• Because the plant operates more reliably, it also reduces the pains associated with permitting, fines, and other non-compliance issues.
