REPKON USA is thrilled to welcome Jay Jayaram to the team as Vice President & General Counsel. Prior to joining REPKON USA, Jay served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel for AtkinsRealis, where he advised various businesses on the full range of legal and business issues. Jay also served as Senior Counsel for Alliant Techsystems at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant and its Armament Systems business. He is a graduate of Princeton University (Economics) and the University of Illinois College of Law. He retired from the US Army as Lieutenant Colonel after having served on active duty for 16 years both as a helicopter pilot and judge advocate and 6 years for the Office of Chief Counsel for the National Guard Bureau as a member of the DC Army National Guard. We are excited to have Jay’s leadership and experience in shaping REPKON USA’s Legal Department to support the business as it continues to grow!
