Any organisation is not exploiting you for free. Yes there are some but not all. Internships and on the job trainings are the most crucial part to transform into a professional. All theoretical knowledge is useless in the face of reality. Only people who know how to use it can excel in their career and profession. Stop looking down on internships and apprenticeship. Concrete knowledge is stored in the memory but abstract knowledge comes from the prefrontal cortex and executive functioning. So stop using only memory and focus on applied knowledge.
