Creating an environment where that 20% feels comfortable learning is crucial. Shifting their mindset from fear of failure to embracing challenges and growth is key. When I taught in the classroom, we regularly practiced growth mindset affirmations, encouraging students to tackle challenges, make mistakes, and learn from each other. This not only fosters interpersonal connections but also makes them more comfortable seeking help from peers and teachers. I'm always impressed by Renaissance Learning’s commitment to identifying obstacles and developing effective strategies that promote both student and teacher success. Their approach is essential for supporting today's learners and educators
