Ericsson's latest Tech Report shows that 67% of consumers desire interactions that feel unique and tailored to them ?? And that's not all; Ericsson's report shows just how important 5G was during major events in 2024, from massive sporting events in Europe to sell-out concerts around the world ??? The stats back it up too. Clearly, consumers want an experience that speaks to them and their needs. After all, 76% say seamless connectivity significantly impacts their enjoyment ?? It's not just about speed and reliability; people want to upload videos to social media, livestream their experience or simply have a foolproof connection when they're ordering a cab home ?? They're happy to pay for it too. The report shows that 85% of consumers are willing to pay a premium for better connectivity. I know I'd pay a small premium on top if it meant I could upload pictures and videos as quickly as I take them! ??
