Kudos, REI. We need more leadership on remote / hybrid work like this, to let our people live in the places they play in, ditch the commute and the emissions that go with it (unless walking, bike, etc.), and lean into new ways of working while facilitating effective in-person times for gathering. ??
This how an organization shows up authentically while supporting its greatest asset - the PEOPLE. ????
As an outdoor enthusiast, I adore your stores & the culture your company puts forth (#OptOutside). Anyone lucky enough to secure a job at your company is a lucky person!
I spent over 25 years at REI and the co-op is a great place to work--wonderful people!
I'm interested in working with REI CO-OP in Laguna Hills, CA
Hello! I’m reaching out with interest of contract design work with your team. I have over 10+ years of color design along with product and graphic design. I’d love to connect more with someone who could point me in the right direction of who I could talk too more about contract work.
I recommend; their products are great,

1 个月It's a shame a company can sell itself as doing better by its employees while still managing to gaslight, villanize, and underpay the rest of its workforce. Your retail store employees are the face, backbone, and power of your company. Selling yourself as amazing for allowing remote work for your corporate employees is the bare minimum. Do better company-wide. Support your staff's unionization instead of union busting. Do better as a company overall. OR you're truly not doing better at all.
