When he’s not keeping operations on track, he’s a superhero dad to twin boys. A former artist, he hopes to pick up his passion for drawing again. His life motto? “Do unto others as you wish to be done unto you.” ?????Tagala Unaludo Smarts, Control Room Operator From Botswana, Tagala thrives in a fast-paced control room environment, balancing multiple priorities to keep operations running smoothly. A fan of true crime podcasts and sci-fi shows, she believes in perseverance and lives by the motto: “Kunzima but if you give up kuzoba worse”, meaning?never give up or things will only get harder. ?????Davina Taefi, Supply Chain Manager Hailing from Hamburg, Germany, Davina has built a career in supply chain management across the construction and mining industries. She thrives on solving logistical challenges and streamlining procurement across sites. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, hiking and beekeeping—a hobby that keeps her as busy as a hive!
