Most times, replying back is evident and straightforward. BUT - as it is with any product-led company, the legitimate answer can sometimes be lengthy, filled with product features and, candidly, hard to digest for newcomers. When I have to help prospects through their buying process and narrow it down to a singular point, Shop Pay is often my preferred route to express the value of Shopify. In doing so, I am repeatedly surprised to find out how little eCommerce managers know about the true value of the purple button. If you see Shop Pay as just another express checkout method: we should talk.
What was life like before one-tap checkout? Much slower. In fact, 87% of customers will abandon their carts if the checkout process is too long or cumbersome.
