This systematic review and meta-analysis, spanning 14 trials and about 1800 participants, highlights the significant benefits of eHealth cardiac rehabilitation, including increased physical activity duration, daily steps, quality of life, and reduced re-hospitalization rates. By analyzing program design elements, such as delivery mode and intervention content, the study identifies comprehensive empowerment strategies and tele-monitoring as key components leading to more favorable treatment outcomes. These insights pave the way for future research and inform cardiovascular nurses on evidence-based practices in promoting eHealth cardiac rehabilitation. The Top-Ranked Heart Hospitals in New England: Among the top 50 ranked U.S. hospitals for adult cardiology in 23-24, only three were based in the six-state New England region, but that included one that was rated among the ten best #HeartHospitals in the nation. More than 770 hospitals were evaluated for their proficiency in delivering adult heart-care services in the most recent (23-24) U.S. News & World Report?rankings?of American hospitals.?In this study, hospitals were graded on assorted metrics related to the outcomes of their adult heart patients, the scope of their adult cardiology programs, and the degree of professional recognition they received from the broader #cardiology community. Cardiac rehabilitation is critical for those recovering from heart conditions. Numen Health's home-based digital services have revolutionized cardiac rehabilitation, setting a new standard for cardiac rehabilitation services in the country. Since its introduction in 2021, Numen Health has helped over 1 lakh customers and delivered an incredible 9,000,000 hours of cardiac rehabilitation. According to a recent #NEJM article, early participation in a cardiac rehabilitation program post-PCI can lead to significant benefits, including a 67% greater improvement in exercise capacity for patients enrolled within 15 days after hospital discharge than those enrolled 30 or more days after discharge. Additionally, participation in such programs resulted in a nearly 60% lower death rate over 5 years compared to those who did not participate. This highlights the critical role of timely enrollment in cardiac rehabilitation programs for better patient outcomes following PCI. Numen Health's home-based cardiac rehabilitation uses the same clinical components recommended in the #AACVPR–ACC–AHA scientific statement. Patients communicate with Numen Health staff members through telephone, video, or Numen app messaging options when they are exercising (synchronous communication) or not (asynchronous communication).
