When you hear me talking about making Philadelphia the safest, cleanest, greenest big city in the nation with access to economic opportunity for all, this is how we do it. This is how we reduce violence. This is how we unify our city. Government is doing what it is supposed to do. We are putting your tax dollars at work in your neighborhood and a very tangible way, the only way that we are going to do it. Is if we use this opportunity to train the next generation of building trades members right here in the city of Philadelphia. I wanna hear y'all say one Philly. City.
