#PTCL's Incompetency: A Frustrating Experience In June 2024, I faced an internet outage and immediately contacted PTCL’s helpline. They refused to log my complaint, citing overdue bill payment as the reason. I promptly paid the bill and logged my complaint, which took 3 days to resolve. However, the same issue recurred that very night. After logging another complaint, I was met with PTCL’s standard response: "We understand your concern and we are very sorry for the inconvenience." It took them five days to fix the issue, and this cycle continued throughout the month. When I questioned their practice of disconnecting the internet after the due date while failing to provide reliable service, they advised me to request a bill adjustment, but only once the monthly bill was generated. I did so and requested the bill adjustment on July 5th, but continued to face disconnections until July 15th. Despite my persistent complaints and continuous follow-ups, #PTCL sent me a full bill without adjustments. When I called again on the last date, I was told to pay the full bill and that the adjustment would be made in the next bill. The same story repeated in July, but with an increased bill amount. After July 15th, on July 27th, I faced another disconnection and logged a complaint. On July 28th, I received a recorded call about ongoing upgrades in my area, which would cause internet disconnections for the next 2-3 days. The issue was not fixed, on August 4th I received a call from 1218, informing me that upgrade work is ongoing and that there will be no internet service until August 15th. This level of incompetency from #PTCL is unacceptable. Continuous internet outages, inadequate resolutions, and unadjusted billing despite repeated complaints highlight a serious lack of service quality and customer care. Facing challenges with EPFO grievance handling. Uploaded EPS correction docs, including self-declaration form. Asked to refile form again, but unable to upload by Feb 1st as the website doesn't allow. Followed up adding comments, yet case closed abruptly("disposed off" message). Now stuck with 30-day wait limit for re-grievance. Frustrated by EPFO's inefficiency in money handling. #EPFO #government
