I haven’t mentioned this before, but a lot of what we discuss here for "???????????????? ????????????????" or clicks doesn’t reflect the real challenges we face in Human Resources. In reality, many of us don’t even implement what we preach here in our own organizations. I recently read about a company that changed their office décor because a new employee felt uncomfortable with it ??. Some people say they don’t even care if you show up to work, as long as results are delivered ?? While these topics drive engagement, the real issues are often different: ? Employees don’t know when their salary will be paid ? Emergency leave request can not be done without coming to the office and approval depends on the availability of the approving officer. ? Pensions and other remittances are delayed—or not paid at all. ?
