Raising Special Kids is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization, with a focus on collaboration with the Executive Director, Program Managers, and Fund Development staff. This position requires a strategic financial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to the mission of Raising Special Kids. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree and/or CPA preferred). ? Proven experience (2 years) in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit organization. ? Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles and compliance. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Experience with grant and contract management. ?
