Sustainability is more than a buzzword; it's a commitment to future generations.?It is something I am most passionate about and I find it important to work at a company that finds this equally important. I am therefore proud to let you know that earlier this year, Royal HaskoningDHV was awarded a gold rating in Corporate Social Responsibility by #EcoVadis. This rating places us in the top 1% of architectural and engineering firms and in the top 5% for overall Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) performance among 100,000 companies rated. EcoVadis is an independent agency that reviews amongst others a company’s policies and actions to see if they’re really doing what they say they’re doing. They look at environment, labour & human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. The assessment for this rating is a serious undertaking and I would like to give a big shout out to everyone who contributed. Sievi has recently been awarded the EcoVadis silver medal for the first time. EcoVadis is an internationally known corporate responsibility assessor. More than 125,000 companies worldwide have been evaluated by EcoVadis. EcoVadis' assessment covers 21 sustainable development criteria in four core topics: environment, work and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. The silver medal places Sievi in the top 15 percent of companies evaluated by EcoVadis in the last 12 months. With evaluation, we can strengthen and demonstrate our commitment to sustainable development.
